This is not an  in-depth course on the WordPress CMS which is a substantial undertaking in itself. Canada Web Pro focuses on helping create and managing websites for our clients, which takes most of our time. A full course of WordPress would be a business in itself.

That said,  if you ever get stuck on something, a quick email to Your Canada Web Pro, and we will help guide you to the fix, here and there without additional charge as long as you are hosted with our service. We are still here to help.

No. Images are copyrighted. It is best to use your own photos or to use royalty free images from trusted sources such as Pexels.com or purchase licenses to use images on your website. Not doing so can cost you thousands and thousands of dollars in legal fees and settle fees. Canada Web Pro assumes images you provide are being legally used and it is part of a website project terms and conditions. Canada Web Pro is not responsible for any illegal images or photos provide by customers.

Periodic backups of data on the shared hosting servers, and email infrastructure are completed but the final responsibility for all backups of the data on your shared hosting packages rests with the customer. We strongly recommend that you take periodic backups via your cPanel and store them at your end so that you have multiple options in case of necessity for a restore. You may request for a backup of the last 7 days (from the date of request) and in most cases we will be able to provision this from our disaster recovery backups.

However, this is not a part of the core hosting services nor responsibilities and is merely a last resort. Best effort only is to help you out, but backups provisioning and restoration is an extremely time and resource intensive process and hence we can only promise a best effort service in this regard.
