This Billing Policy applies to the following websites: canadawebpro.ca and canadawebpro.com, webnetave.com, hostnetave.com.
By using any hosting or related services provided by WEBNETAVE.COM, you agree to the billing terms outlined below. This policy may be updated at any time without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.
1. PAYMENTS
1.1 Currency
All charges are listed and payable in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
1.2 Accepted Payment Method
WEBNETAVE.COM accepts the following payment method:
- Interac Email Money Transfer (Canada only)
- PayPal (For USA Customers)
1.3 Anniversary Date of Services
Your billing cycle is based on the Account Statement Date, which is determined by:
- the date your account was activated, and
- the term of the service purchased.
Renewal invoices are generated according to this anniversary date.
1.4 No Auto‑Renewals
WEBNETAVE.COM does not use automatic renewals. We believe in earning your business — we never store or process credit card information. A renewal invoice will be emailed 15–30 days before your renewal date.
1.5 Credit Card Safety Notice
WEBNETAVE.COM never asks for credit card information. Do not send credit card details by:
- text message
- online forms
- community forums
If anyone requests such information claiming to be WEBNETAVE.COM, report it immediately.
1.6 Past Due Accounts
- Payment is due on the renewal date.
- Accounts unpaid on the renewal date may be suspended.
- Accounts 15 days past due may be cancelled and unrecoverable.
- We will make multiple attempts to contact you before suspension or cancellation.
1.7 Domain Name Renewal & Deletion Policy
Domain renewals follow strict ICANN rules. If a domain is not renewed:
- 1 day after expiration: domain is deactivated and replaced with an expiration notice.
- 36 days after expiration: domain may be purchased by a third party.
- ~40 days after expiration: domain enters the registry redemption period.
- Redemption fees apply and vary by TLD.
- After redemption, the registry may hold the domain for 5 days before releasing it.
If a third party purchases the domain, it cannot be recovered.
2. WEB HOSTING & WEB SECURITY BILLING TERMS
WEBNETAVE.COM offers annual billing only for hosting services. Your billing cycle begins on the Plan Activation Date (the date your login credentials are issued).
3. MONEY‑BACK GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
3.1 Managed Shared Hosting Plans
- 30‑day money‑back guarantee applies only to shared hosting plans not included in Website Design Projects.
- Refund applies only to hosting fees — not add‑ons or additional services.
- No refunds after 30 days.
- WEBNETAVE.COM does not assist with migrating your website to another provider.
3.2 No Refunds on Cloud Hosting Plans
- No refunds on WordPress Cloud Host Plans or Cloud Host Plans.
- The 30‑day guarantee does not apply to these services.
3.3 No Refunds on Domain Services
- No refunds on domain registrations, transfers, or related services.
3.4 Website Design or Update Services
- Deposits are non‑refundable.
- Completed update work is non‑refundable.
- If prepaid update funds remain unused, you may: a) keep the credit on your account, or b) request a refund via Interac Email Money Transfer.
Refer to the Website Design Terms of Service (WD‑TOS) for full project terms.
3.6 Website Design Project Refunds
3.6.1 Before Work Begins
- Full refund available except for hosting plan costs included in the package.
- Hosting plan fees (Cloud or WordPress Cloud HOst Plans) are non‑refundable.
3.6.2 After Work Has Begun
- Deposits remain non‑refundable.
- Hosting plan fees included in the package remain non‑refundable.
3.7 Additional Services After Activation
All add‑ons are non‑refundable, including but not limited to:
- license fees
- SSL certificates
- CodeGuard
- SiteLock
- additional bandwidth or storage
- overage fees
- WordPress themes or plugins
- stock photos
4. ACCOUNT STATEMENTS
- WEBNETAVE.COM does not mail paper invoices.
- Invoices are emailed to the address on file (if you change this email address, please notify us).
- Past invoices can be emailed upon request.
5. OVERDUE CHARGES
- Payments are considered past due 3 days after the renewal date.
- Suspended accounts require payment of the overdue balance plus a 3% reinstatement fee.
- In exceptional cases, interim payments may be required.
- Accounts 10 days overdue may be suspended or cancelled.
- Accounts 30 days overdue may be permanently deleted.
6. REACTIVATION OF SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS
To reactivate a suspended account:
- All overdue balances must be paid.
- A reactivation fee may apply.
- Accounts unpaid for 10 days incur an additional $19.95 CAD fee.
- Accounts 30 days overdue may be permanently deleted and unrecoverable.
9. CANCELLATIONS & PROCEDURE
Phone cancellations are not accepted. Once a cancellation is processed, all files and emails are immediately deleted. Backup your data before submitting a cancellation request.
9.1 Cancellation Steps
STEP 1:
Backup all website files and emails.
STEP 2:
Ensure your account contact information is accurate.
STEP 3:
Email info@canadawebpro.ca with:
- Company name
- Contact name
- Mailing address
- City, Province/State
- Postal code
- Phone number
- Account username
- Account password
- Domain name
All details must match your account exactly.
STEP 4:
Wait for a confirmation email.
STEP 5:
Reply to the confirmation email to finalize cancellation.
10. NO REFUNDS PAST 30 DAYS
No prorated refunds are issued after 30 days for any WEBNETAVE.COM service.
11. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
WEBNETAVE.COM has a zero‑tolerance policy for chargebacks. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us immediately — we will investigate and resolve the issue.
12. PRICE & POLICY CHANGES
WEBNETAVE.COM may change service fees with 15 days’ notice of rewenwals. New pricing takes effect at your next renewal.
