Yes! Included is On Page White-hat optimization (following search engine rules.) Adding your website to Google and Bing and other search engines that are relevant. Your Canada Web Pro can also help you with your Facebook Business Page setup. We submit proper website sitemaps to Google and Bing as well. The more website pages you have, the better I can target specific keyword phrases that searchers will use to find your type of services and products. Target marketing for service type, product type, and regions served.
With every website design project we submit XML site maps to Google and Bing. DuckDuckGo, another search engine gaining popularity, uses the same as Bing results, so you are covered there as well.
Your Canada Web Pro built website, will have extensive OnPage SEO efforts for every web page. This involves your website content as well, and so we may alter some of your text content (on your approval) to enhance the SEO efforts for better ranking.
After website launch, it can take 7 day to a few months for Organic SEO to start working - only the engines control this. It is something not in our control as they index the whole web. And even when listed, it can take longer before SEO works to raise you rank. It is a long term process with engines, because their main service and goal is to show the most relevant results, and that changes dynamically all the time.

We use very effective White-hat SEO which adheres to the search engine rules. We cannot guarantee a specific rank or first page ranking because only the search engines can determine that and they change their algorithms often. If any service provider tells you they will guarantee a specific rank in a search engine, run away from such a service provider. Such services use Black-hat SEO methods which do things to 'trick' search engines. The problem is once the search engine finds out about that Black-hat loophole (and they ALWAYS DO!), all websites that have been using Black-hat methods will find their websites suddenly drop drastically in search results and it is hard to regain visibility. Search engines now use AI in determining this and how they will rank a website.

- If you are keeping your overall design and just want to give your website a more polished, modern look to current trends, better graphics, on page content, or Onpage SEO work etc., it falls under our Website Updating Services.
- If you want to Change a WordPress Theme, it will use the same web design process as a full project, less some costs, as hosting and security suite etc may be be involved as you may already have such.

Absolutely yes. You will have full admin access to your WordPress Content Management System. Some clients are comfortable with using this and some prefer to use Canada Web Pro Website Updating service. It is your website and the choice is up to you.
You will have a 30 day grace period after launch date with no extra costs for website update requests.
Beyond the first 30 days, The rate is $25CAD per every 15 minute session.

A 1-2 Hour walk through of WordPress Training is included in Website Packages if you are planning on updating your website yourself, without using our Website Updating Services. This is not an in-depth course on the WordPress CMS which is a substantial undertaking in itself. Canada Web Pro focuses on helping create and managing websites for our clients, which takes most of our time. A full course of WordPress would be a business in itself.
That said, if you ever get stuck on something, a quick email to Your Canada Web Pro, and we will help guide you to the fix, here and there without additional charge as long as you are hosted with our service. We are still here to help.

Do it yourself website builder services (such as Wix or Squarespace) have their place. Usually for start up low cost needs. WordPress is generally chosen over such services, such as Wix or Squarespace, for its superior flexibility, long-term scalability, and true ownership of content. No. Images are copyrighted. It is best to use your own photos or to use royalty free images from trusted sources such as Pexels.com or purchase licenses to use images on your website. Not doing so can cost you thousands and thousands of dollars in legal fees and settle fees. Canada Web Pro assumes images you provide are being legally used and it is part of a website project terms and conditions. Canada Web Pro is not responsible for any illegal images or photos provide by customers.
Periodic backups of data on the shared hosting servers, and email infrastructure are completed but the final responsibility for all backups of the data on your shared hosting packages rests with the customer. We strongly recommend that you take periodic backups via your cPanel and store them at your end so that you have multiple options in case of necessity for a restore. You may request for a backup of the last 7 days (from the date of request) and in most cases we will be able to provision this from our disaster recovery backups.
However, this is not a part of the core hosting services nor responsibilities and is merely a last resort. Best effort only is to help you out, but backups provisioning and restoration is an extremely time and resource intensive process and hence we can only promise a best effort service in this regard.

If so, and you have a web hosting or email issue, you will have to contact your provider for support. If I am needed to assist, our Website Updating Hourly RATE applies at CAD$99/hour.
Also, there may be a higher deposit required.
We will have to provision a WordPress application hosted on our server during the design process and then recreate/transfer the design and completed website to your web hosting, once final project payment is made.
