Website Updating Service Included For Hosted Clients

Clients who host their website with Canada Web Pro receive 30 minutes of included website updating per month. This allowance is month‑to‑month only, is not cumulative annually, and unused minutes are not recoverable or transferable to future months. If client is hosted with another provider, standard website updating rates shall apply.

Included Updates

Included updates are minor changes such as text edits, replacing existing images, uploading a blog post you provide, updating contact information, changing links, small spacing adjustments, editing text inside existing Site Origin widgets, basic form text updates, and replacing existing downloadable files.

Excluded Updates

Excluded updates include new page creation, major layout changes, Site Origin training, SEO work, AI optimization, graphic design, plugin installation or troubleshooting, ecommerce updates, custom development, and repairs required due to client edits or third‑party changes. These tasks are billable at standard updating rates.

Hosting Requirement

The included 30 minutes of monthly updating is available only to clients who host their website with Canada Web Pro. Clients who host elsewhere may request updates, but all work is billable.

Client Editing Liability

Clients have full access to their WordPress Admin. If client edits cause layout issues, SEO or AI damage, plugin conflicts, or broken pages, repair work is billable.

Submitting Update Requests

Update requests must be emailed to info@canadawebpro.ca with all required text, images, or files. Most small updates are completed within 24 to 48 hours. If a request exceeds the included monthly time, a cost estimate will be provided before work begins.

Additional Update Time

Clients may purchase additional updating time if more than 30 minutes per month is required.
