Additional costs only apply if you request optional features or extra pages beyond what the package includes.  Pricing is very transparent and shown on this website.  No hidden fees or surprises.

Can I host my website with Canada Web Pro?

Yes. You can choose to host your website through Canada Web Pro as an optional add‑on Cloud Host plan, which is recommended. Unlike shared hosting , where hundreds of websites compete for the same limited resources, cloud hosting gives your website a dedicated CPU, RAM, and storage. Can I update my website myself?

Absolutely. You own you website once launched and final payment is made. Your site is built on WordPress, so you can make edits anytime. Keep in mind, we setup your web page content for the best Search Engine Visibility and so many of our customers have us handle website updates. If you prefer, updates can be handled for you at an affordable rate.

Will I own my website once it’s finished?

Yes. You have full ownership of your website, domain, and all assets upon final payment. No lock‑ins or restrictions. See Section 10 and 11 of our Website Design Terms and Conditions for specific details.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Absolutely, Yes. You get a 30‑day grace period for free updates after website launch, plus flexible ongoing support whenever you need it, without expensive monthly website updating contracts.

How Do I Pay?

Payment is via online Banking Email Money Transfer.  Safe. Secure. Easy. I never see any of your payment details for your security.

Is Any Of Your Website Design Work Outsourced?

No. All website design services are performed by me, Don, your Canada Web Pro !

How long does it take to build a website?

Most small business websites are completed quickly, from within 2-4 weeks, depending on size and content and scope of the project as well as how quickly you can respond to requests during the project. You’ll receive clear timelines and updates throughout the process.

Examples: 

• 5 Page Website (Usually 2 weeks)
• 15+ Pages (Usually 3-6 weeks)

How quickly you respond to requests during the project is a key factor. I understand that you have daily business tasks you are dealing with and so it is flexible in this way.

If you have any timing issues, such as you lost your website, your web designer disappeared, etc., I can operate under an Emergency Website Recovery Service Mode as well.

And all customers have FULL ACCESS to all their web assets (domains/hosting/WordPress Admin Panel, cPanel etc) and all websites have a security suite to avoid such loss in the  future. It is really an essential insurance type of policy if anything goes wrong, yet most providers do not even offer it.

How do I know which package is right for my business?

Your website design package depends on your goals, the size of your website, and how much ongoing support you want. Smaller businesses often start with a foundational package, while growing companies choose a package that includes more features, content, and long‑term management. What’s included in every website package?

All website design packages include a custom WordPress design, mobile‑friendly layout, security setup, on‑page SEO, Ai Optimization and a fully managed launch. You also get direct access to an owner‑operator web professional who has been building websites since 1996,  not a rotating support team. Personal service where, when you reach out, I already know you, your website, and your business goals. The advice you get is solid and backed by real experience.

Are your websites built using templates?

No. Every website is custom‑designed for your business. Templates and page builders create bloated, slow, cookie‑cutter sites. Your site is built clean, fast, and intentionally, without unnecessary plugins or generic layouts.

How long does it take to build a custom website?

Most projects take 2–4 weeks depending on the package and how quickly content is provided. Larger Premium or Enterprise websites or sites with advanced features may take longer. Clients will be informed of time lines once more information about the project needs are assessed.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. You have full access to all your web assets, including WordPress Admin access. Your site is built on WordPress with a clean, simple editor that works like most word processing software. You can update text, bold, italic,  images, (etc.) blog posts, and pages without touching code.

Fully Managed Website Updates

Most Canada Web Pro clients email me and I perform the updates. This is because the content is setup for the best SEO and AIO rules that search engines and AI Chatbots want to help the website rank better. Also, without experinece in design, they  prefer I handle this for them.  Website Updating service is affordable when needed.

What ongoing costs should I expect?

You’ll have annual Cloud hosting, domain renewal, and optional maintenance or support.

Do your packages include SEO?

Yes. Every package includes foundational on‑page SEO: proper headings, optimized images, fast load times, clean code, and keyword‑ready structure. Higher‑tier packages include more SEO and AI Search optimization, with more focused content and internal linking.

What if I need features that aren’t listed in the packages?

Custom features can be added to any package. This includes booking systems, membership areas, e‑commerce, advanced forms, and more. You only pay for what you actually need. The great thing about WordPress is there are so many plug-in applications to choose from and usually there is a plug-in that fits the needs; some free to use and others at a paid premium. WordPress .org shows over 60,000 Plugins and growing.

Do you provide content writing?

Yes. If you need help writing or improving your content, I can help create clear, conversion‑focused copy that fits your brand and improves SEO and SEO for AI Searches. You can then edit the copy and personalize it to your business as well.

What happens after the website launches?

You’ll receive real support, and access to ongoing maintenance options. Your site is monitored, updated, and protected, so you can focus on running your business.

Do you provide training on how to use WordPress after launch?

Yes. Training Sessions on Microsoft Teams. Post Launch initial 30 minute basic training on editing website is included in website packages. Additional Training Sessions are $50/hour.
